1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the materials have not been dispatched.
  • Once the goods are loaded or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Returns

  • Due to the nature of building materials, returns are generally not accepted once the materials are delivered.
  • However, if the delivered materials are defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must report it immediately at the time of delivery.
  • Returns will be accepted only if the issue is reported before the delivery vehicle leaves the customer’s premises.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds (due to cancellation before dispatch, defective items, or wrong delivery) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank/UPI/online transfer).
  • In case of cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cheque.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Materials were accepted at delivery without reporting any issue.
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper storage or third-party handling.
  • Customized or bulk orders specifically arranged as per customer request.
  • Delays in delivery due to weather, strikes, traffic, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Exchange Policy

  • In rare cases where exchange is approved (e.g., wrong material delivered), replacement will be arranged within a reasonable timeline.
